Jessica Banks is an inventor, designer, entrepreneur, and roboticist with degrees in Engineering from MIT and Physics from the University of Michigan. She founded RockPaperRobot (RPR), a company that creates kinetic furniture, transforming everyday objects like tables and chairs into interactive pieces. Her work blends technology and design in unexpected ways, from levitating tables to flat-pack furniture.

In addition to her work at RPR, Jessica advises companies and individuals on design, strategy, and space optimization. She also brings her technical expertise to “Hack My Home,” where she helps rethink home renovation through engineering and creativity.

NOTE: During her keynote, Jessica shared clips from her Netflix show Hack My Home, which have been removed due to copyright restrictions. As a result, some transitions may seem abrupt, and certain parts of the talk may appear out of context.
