MIT MAD affiliate MITdesignX is Hiring a Director of Activation and Communication

The Director of Activation and Communication leads the design and execution of campus-wide engagement, communication, and network-building initiatives for MITdesignX.

This role is responsible for activating the DesignX ecosystem by fostering vibrant student and faculty engagement, amplifying the visibility and impact of programs through communications, activation, and building strong internal and external networks that support innovation and venture development.

The Director of Activation and Communication works closely with the Faculty Director, the DesignX team, and colleagues across the MIT Morningside Academy for Design (MIT MAD) to create a dynamic, connected, and highly visible hub that supports student journeys from exploration to venture creation. This role plays a critical part in shaping the culture, reach, and influence of DesignX across MIT and beyond.
