Sam Ihns is a PhD student in the Mechanical Engineering department researching how new technologies may be creatively used to monitor health. For the past six years, Sam has helped teach some of MIT's flagship product design courses.

Sam has two cats, twenty-one tattoos, and once ate fifty chicken nuggets in one sitting.
